This 375g packet mix only requires 3 ingredients to be added in!

1 cup of peanut butter (is our recommendation) or a nut butter of your choice

1 tsp of vanilla essence

1/2 cup of honey

Our NO BAKE Bliss Boosters will make between 20-24 boosters and is packed full of natural galactagogues including Flaxseed, Brewers Yeast & Oats which help to boost & support your milk supply while breastfeeding

Recommended consumption is 1-2 Bliss Boosters per day.
