Returns & Refunds
We hope that you love our products just as much as we do. If however, you are not 100% happy with your product, please don't hesitate to contact us via email on email@example.com noting your order number in the subject line.
Should you wish to return or exchange your product please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.
- All products must be in original unworn condition.
- No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
- We do not reimburse postage costs.
- Due to hygiene restrictions on selected items we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
- Contact us by sending us an email within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return.
Email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*"
- Once we have read your email & accepted your return, we will email you our return shipping address. PLEASE NOTE the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office.
- Once we have received your returned item & done our final inspection, we will begin to process you a refund. PLEASE NOTE If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.
ALL RETURNING ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW/ UNWORN CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
