What are your clothes made from?

Our clothing come in a range of high quality fabrics.

Where are your clothes made?

We currently source our clothing, from different vendors. They are all ethically made in different countries. 

 

How do I look after my products?

Wash in cold water on a gentle wash with gentle detergent. Where possible turn items inside out and place in a wash bag. Fabrics can fade during the washing process and these instructions will help keep them their best. 

 

I purchased a Chunky Topknot Headband and it is too big/too small. what can i do?

Our headbands can be adjusted. Just loosen the knot and either pull the ends to make smaller or pull the band to make larger. In most cases this will ensure a better fit. Please see our instagram @babyothelabel for a video on how to tie them.

How do I retie my headband?

If your headband has come undone you can follow a video we have made on Instagram @babyothelabel

I noticed some fading with my products, why is that?

Fading may occur during the washing process. If you refer to the question about about how to care for your garments this will help to keep them at their best. This information is also on each listing and our swing tags.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping fees do not include any customs or duties tax. Please check with your customs department to see if you need to pay any additional.

How Long will Shipping take?

We will post out items between 5 and 10 business days. Within Australia regular post can take 1-4 business days. Internationally it can take between 10 and 15 business days. Please note during this time shipping may take a lot longer to arrive and we have been advised that sometimes this can take up to 2 months.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Currently we have Free Shipping available within Australia for all orders over $100. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

How do I enter a discount code?

If you are on a mobile and trying to use a discount code head to checkout and click on Show order summary this will show what you have purchased and the spot to enter a gift card of discount code

I haven't received my order. What should I do?

If you haven't received your order and it is after the shipping terms stated above, please email us and we can look into it.
