BABY O offers returns on full priced items within 14 days of delivery.  

Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. When possible, turn items inside out and place in a wash bag. Fabrics can fade during the washing process and these instructions will help keep them their best.  

Most our Rompers are fit to be Oversized! We recommend you size down if you prefer a more fitted fit! If you are unsure whether you want a more oversized look or fitted look you can always size up as we assure you your little one will definitely grow. Our headbands can be adjusted. Just loosen the knot and either pull the ends to make smaller or pull the band to make larger. In most cases this will ensure a better fit. Please see our instagram @babyothelabel for a video on how to re-tie them if your topknot has come undone. 

Yes, we absolutely do ship worldwide. Please refer to our shipping guide to see all extra costs. 

We will post out items between 1 and 4 business days. Within Australia regular post can take 2-10 business days. Internationally it can take between 10 to 35 business days. Please note during this time shipping may take a lot longer to arrive and we have been advised that sometimes this can take up to 2 months. Please be patience with us during this process.

Free Shipping is available within Australia for all orders over $150 & internationally on all orders over $220. This will be automatically applied at the checkout.
