Returns & Refunds

We hope that you love our products just as much as we do. If however, you are not 100% happy with your product, please don't hesitate to contact us via email on sales@babyothelabel.com noting your order number in the subject line.

Should you wish to return or exchange your product please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

    • Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving your item.
    • All products must be in original unworn condition.
    • No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
    • We do not reimburse postage costs.
    • Due to hygiene restrictions on selected items we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

  

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND

  1. Contact us by sending us an email within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return. 

Email: babyothelabel@hotmail.com with the subject as "RETURN #*order number*"

  1. Once we have read your email & accepted your return, we will email you our return shipping address. PLEASE NOTE the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office.
  3. Once we have received your returned item & done our final inspection, we will begin to process your return & send you an email with a store credit. PLEASE NOTE If you have purchased your item with a discount code, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.

ALL RETURNING ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW/ UNWORN CONDITION WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

PLEAZE NOTE BABY O THE LABEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PARCELS BEING LOST IN TRANSIT. WE RECOMMEND PAYING FOR TRACKED SHIPPING WHEN RETURNING YOUR ITEMS.
